Darian was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions during the home buying process. He helped me keep the mortgage application and underwriting process on track too. We closed in under 30 days from making the offer. I was skeptical, but we proved it IS possible for certain buyers, as long as everybody keeps the process moving.
