Daphne is an excellent realtor! She saved us from a few unpleasant experiences. As soon as we connected with her I knew she was the one to help us find our starter home. We had to buy sight unseen, so she did Zoom calls with us to view different properties. She was honest, patient, consistent, and thorough. Because we were first time home buyers our ignorance of the process was pretty vast. She graciously laid out each step of the way and helped us find the perfect starter home for our family. If you are looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and helpful realtor, Daphne is your gal! We are so thankful for her!

Daphne did such a great job! She walked us through the process of buying a home since it was our first time. She helped us calculate fees, down payment, HOA questions, applying for our loan, and so much more. She did all of that with such patience and excellence as we found our dream home. We saw tons of houses, found the perfect one, closed, and moved in all in the last 2 months of my wife being pregnant. Now our son is here and loves being in the only house he’s ever known. If you need a realtor who cares for you, and helps throughout the home buying process, this is the best one in Bryan/College Station, if not all of Brazos county.
