I want to start off by saying that this is not our first home purchase. Weve gone through the tedious process that is finding our ideal home a couple times. I felt the need to write a review giving our realtor Danielle Wallace the kudos she deserved. For anyone looking to purchase a home for the first time or someone looking for a change, I would highly recommend Danielle. She actually cares about her clients. Its not an act, not someone just trying to get a sale and a paycheck. This agent works with you every step of the way and anytime I had a question, she was quick to help. I made what my spouse thought unreasonable requests (a double sided fireplace). Danielle wrote down our wish list and went to work. Before I knew it, I received a call from Danielle with a number of homes with every one of my wants within my price range. We didnt go with the first several homes we saw and perhaps we were difficult, but the entire journey Danielle worked with us. She is very knowledgeable. She worked around and sometimes with (lol) our young children without any judgement or annoyance. I realize our city is full of realtors and most are amazing, but Danielle really stands out. All of the things a home buyer should look at during a showing can be overwhelming. Danielle doesnt push, she points out the areas of interests and perhaps some items we ignored. During our closing, Danielle scheduled a time that worked for us and then sat with us during the many signatures and initials. I found myself looking to Danielle for additional information. Like I said, every step of the way. I really hope that if youre reading this because you need a realtor, you consider working with Danielle.
