Danielle is absolutely amazing! We were in another state during our escrow. She has an eye for detail and is very prompt with communication and kept us well informed throughout the process! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home . She is a solid, kind person who works very hard for her clients! We have used the services of Danielle Adama several times for the sale and purchase of homes. Her kindness, helpfulness, attention to detail and professionalism is without equal. Her advice and suggestions are always spot on.Our most recent sale consisted of putting our home on the market on a Friday and receiving a full price offer the following Monday! Would not even consider using any other agent for real estate transactions.Danielle is always available from start to finish. You’ll be in very good hands with her!

Danielle is a fantastic real estate agent. I was able to count on her to narrow the listings to those that would be of real interest to me. She was available to write up contracts (multiple) while on vacation and negotiate. She kept me apprised throughout the lending/closing process. I will turn to Danielle in the future and always recommend her to friends and family who are inquiring.

Daniella Adama, a name that I will not soon forget for her empathetic reaction to a terrible situation I was in.Long story short, my family owns a Postal Annex in Dunlap Tn . I mislabeled a very important package that invariably was delivered to a home she had listed AND SOLD. I absolutely had to get this package to its originally intended recipient. I reached out to Danielle ( hesitantly). Honestly, I was astonished that she had noticed the package and already attempted to mail it back to sender, but the sender address was just a duplicate of the destination, so with that said, all should be to no avail, but it wasnt. Somehow she had the foresight to do whatever she had to do to make sure this package would eventually get to its original and proper location. Thank God she did! For at this very moment she has requested that I send a corrected mailing label so that she could get that label on the package and sent on its way.I havent used her Realesate expertise, but I wouldnt hesitate to ditch all my so called Realesate professional friends whom always seem to be too busy working other jobs than to help me.She helped me without the expectation of reciprocity and doesnt even know me!Every now and then God places a very special person on this earth and in our lives at just the right time.Thank you Danielle

She was always available for us, helped quickly get to the bottom of any issues or concerns we had with the builder, took time to really listen to us as we embarked on our home buying journey, and was always so kind. She would even take time to drive by our home and make sure things were going smoothly with the build even when she wasnt on the clock for us! I cannot recommend her enough and will forever be grateful she was our realtor.
