Daniel helped us sell our home in Austin, TX in almost record time in our neighborhood! An offer the DAY after listing in March 2024. Our house essentially sold at listing price in southeast Austin. :)I’ve been lucky to know him for years and I would definitely call him an honest, detail-oriented, professional, and friendly guy. He crosses his T’s or makes sure they do get crossed when it comes to selling a house, staging, photos, the market, pricing, timing, all of the documents needed before and after, etc.One of the best aspects of having Daniel Sharp as our realtor (he’s our second realtor we’ve used to sell a home by the way) was the frequency and kind of communication through the whole process.
