We met with Dana in the Fall 2023 about selling our house in the spring. She walked us through the home selling process and gave us plenty of valuable advice. We listed our house on March 1, 2024 and had a contract on it in 10 days and closed on the sale within a month. She answered any issues that arose and helped us get the selling price we needed to finish building our retirement home. I could not have asked for a better realtor. Dana is an excellent buyers agent, available and flexible to show me and my family around the area. She has a lot of local knowledge of the Midlands area. We looked at a lot of houses until we found the right one.I was not familiar with the Closing process, but Dana was there to help whenever there was a question or issues (and there was quite a few).Highly recommend.

Please read through as this is a completely non biased and 110% honest review. I am in no way affiliated with Dana or her company.To start, I am a disabled veteran with children who lost my home and basically everything due to a divorce. I was contacted by dana because she works for the VA on foreclosures and my home was foreclosed on due to pronlems with my divorce. Dana has been a godsend and as real and a true blessing as they come. She has gone extremely above and beyond to help me and my family. She always responds quickly and in a timely manner. I messaged her one morning because i had 7 days to move and was being denied everywhere i was trying to find a place to go. I told her i am going to end up another homeless veteran with children. Se said and I quote we will NOT allow that to happen I wasted over $700 on background checks just to be denied. Come to find out there was nothing on my background check that would cause me to be denied as i called several places and sent a copy of my background check and they said I would be approved almost instantly. I was also told by several places i applied to it was something on my credit but i checked my credit and i have had no inquiries at all except one from the place i was approved. Problem is i have a ptsd assistance animal (service animal) that is a mastiff and no one wants to have a dog that large so i was being denied which by the way is against federal and state laws. Within minutes of letting dana know the situation at hand, she immediately jumped into action sending emails and calling people. She also forwarded me the emails so i could see what she was doing. Within the first 5 minutes i had a call for rental homes coming in from a Kelly Hall who works with dana on the property management side of the company. throughout the rest of the day i had several calls from many people, all willing to work with me. Lo and behold with danas relentlessness and kellys wanting to help they helped me find a place to live where I was instantly approved. To top that all off she was given a commission for helping to get a house rented and instead of keeping it she told the rental manager to give it to me and my family to help with rent or deposits etc. There are no words to explain how great of a person Dana is and how grateful me and my family are. I wholeheartedly agree that Danas integrity, her sense of selfless service, attention to detail and empathy for others situations is completely and absolutely unwavering. When im ready to buy a new home i will definitely be using Dana without question. I would HIGHLY (and that is putting it very lightly) recommend Dana for any and all of your housing needs if you are in the market for something. She is as real as they get and doesnt hide anything. Everything is 100% transparent and she will go completely out of her way to help you without question.Me and mine cant thank you enough Dana for everything youve done. Thanking you doesnt even begin to describe our thanks. We couldnt have done it without you. Like I said there are no words to describe how grateful we are for what youve done for us.
