Dalton and his team were fantastic to work with. We are active military and wanted to buy our home in advance of our move from Hawaii to Texas. This was our first time to purchase a home sight unseen, which was a very stressful scenario for us. From day one he made us feel like we were his number one priority. He took all of our parameters, requirements and dreams of our perfect home in and presented us with options that fit everything we wanted perfected, all while asking us insightful questions to tailor our options even more. Once we narrowed our choices to a few homes, Dalton gave us virtual tours of each house, pointing out everything he could. He gave us his honest opinion on each home, but remained impartial so as not to sway us one way or another. Once we’d made our selection, Dalton was able to negotiate an amazing deal on our behalf so that we now have our dream home.His work ethic, attention to detail and dedication to his clients are top notch. (He even made himself available for us well after normal business hours due to the 5 hour time difference).
