I’m honored to explain in words why Cynthia Nelson is your single and best choice to choose as a realtor, educator and frontline in command when wanting to buy a home.Primarily Cynthia Nelson is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the buyers hand in it. For the first time home buyer she empowers you by being transparent and creating open line of communication to utilize while looking for a home. She walks before and with you during the process of getting approved financially and even post closing process. To the natural eye there seemed to be some things out of reach during the time of me buying a home, for instance a low interest rate. However with the research Mrs. Cynthia did I was able to get a home with a locked in interest rate of 3.99% while rates soared to 7%.Secondly the rapport and respect she has in the community from builders of a new division to the administrative staff at the title company is unmatched and genuine and opens doors that prior to working with Mrs. Nelson may have been hard to approach. Her connections and roots in her community allows favor for her client, making you as her client feel heard, seen and prioritized. Mrs. Cynthia was able to secure me a brand new build In a brand new division, where as a few months before locking in on this deal a brand new home seemed out of reach.Cynthia Nelson gives a clear cut definition on what a hard worker is and does not settle for anything but the absolute best for her client no matter what the ask. If an error was made on the builders behalf she ensured that it was corrected. As a result, the builders in my case gave me free upgrades to install in the home.
