Curtis is the bomb dot com. Seriously. Extremely knowledgeable on the local market, well versed in financing options, able to provide agent-appropriate advice on home maintenance and inspection issues. Took complete control of a precarious situation after our offer was submitted, navigating tension between us (buyers), lender, his broker, seller, title, etc., and avoided stepping in it. Complete trust in his ability to handle real estate and related issues at this point. On top of his competence and transparent communication, he’s easy to get along with.
