My husband and I had been looking for a larger home in Galveston and we are so happy that we found Curtis! He listened to our priorities and delivered a spectacular home that exceeded our expectations. His knowledge about the island and general construction was invaluable. He also helped us to a make ready and sell our old house. He had our old house sold in no time and was amazing at advising and negotiating.

Curtis was instrumental in helping me to find my new home. He helped answer all my questions, and pointed out many things I hadn’t thought of. He helped get me the best deal for the home I wanted, and was very knowledgeable about the construction of older homes and what to look for. Mr. Miller worked hard for me. His demeanor is laid back and relaxed but you can sense his work ethic. Twice when we were talking he answered questions about rental properties before I had completely formulated the question. I told him he was a mind reader, he replied, “just doing my job.” He seems to think like the client when he shows me properties. I am impressed and recommend him.
