I recently had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Cristy while searching for a new home, and I am pleased to share my experience. From the outset, she displayed a strong understanding of the local real estate market and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions.Mrs. Cristy was always responsive to my questions and concerns 24/7 (no lie), ensuring that I felt supported throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me to properties that were well-suited to my needs because I am extremely picky. She participated in my buyers walkthrough when property was finished to make sure contractors didnt miss anything and all hiccups were corrected. After I finished the entire process I had class due to me being a full time college student and no one would be at my home for them to deliver my refrigerator. She legit came to my home so they could install my refrigerator due to Home Depot requiring someone over the age of 18 to be at my home. This was AFTER I closed on my new home and she definitely could have said no. That alone speaks volumes about her character!What I appreciated most was her professionalism and attention to detail. Mrs. Cristy facilitated a smooth transaction, and I felt confident in her expertise. Overall, I would highly recommend Mrs. Shaffer to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Cristy Shaffer was wonderful to work with. Her and her husband are down to earth people and you wont regret working with them. Any questions you have, she would respond within the hour, even late at night questions. She was honest about everything throughout the process and made sure you understood what you were signing. Loved working with her and if I ever decided to buy another house in the future, Ill make sure to give her a call.

Cristy was amazing! We literally gave her a list of 20 homes that we loved to look at and she split them up with a viewing schedule in just two days and drove around every where with us for those two days to look at 10 homes a day. It is not an easy task! She even took us out to lunch in the middle of all of that and paid for it. She was so patient with us and she had SO much knowledge regarding homes and even the loan process. She was definitely our go to for literally everything! She was amazing! I have heard such horror stories about some realtors regarding some people buying homes without even meeting their realtor because they were just too lazy to meet and had their clients search for homes online themselves and view the homes themselves. I loved Cristy and I loved that she was blunt and was very honest about everything! I would definitely recommend her and would use her again! Also, thanks Cristy for the amazing closing gift as well!

Cristy was the one who helped my spouse and I buy our first home! We ended up finding a house outside her territory but she introduced us to a realtor local to the area who treated us very well. Without Cristys dedication and knowledgeable input, buying our first home would have felt overwhelming at best. Cristy is absolutely wonderful. She makes things easy to understand and fully walked me through each step in buying my very first home! She was able to do the first walk through of the house when I was not able to be in Texas quite yet and answered any questions I have had. Christy was an amazing realtor! I was a first time home buyer and knew absolutely NOTHING about the whole process. From the moment we were connected, she helped me step by step through everything and never left me in the dark. She worked aimlessly to find me the perfect house and made me feel comfortable to decline on houses I did not feel like were a good fit. Christy also did all the negotiating, paperwork, and emails for me. I felt like she truly cared about me and made sure I was aware of everything throughout the whole process.
