If y’all are looking for the absolute best realtors in the world, stop looking, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Truly incredible realtors, who worked so hard day and night! Many times she took our late night phone calls in order to walk us through this process and the anxiety we were feeling. We really wanted a specific house and were met with crazy obstacles along the way but without her constant guidance, we would’ve never found and secured our families dream home. Truly walked away from all this feeling like family and feeling like God was on our side with Rivera real estate. -

I really hate the process of making big purchases with salespeople so I was nervous about the home buying process. However, Christina made the process almost enjoyable. I worked with her for over a year and kept changing my mind about what I wanted. She was always ready to help and never once pressured me to make a decision I was uncomfortable with. She would always assure me she just wanted me to be happy in my decision and I knew she actually meant it. She was also super helpful in the walkthroughs and I was impressed by her rigor to make sure I made a quality purchase and attention to detail. Also, on the first night in our new home my builder gave us the wrong keys and Christina and her husband purchased a door handle and lock for us and changed it for us, driving all the way across town at night. Ten out of ten would recommend and if I decide to invest in more property in the future, I would definitely use her again. If you want a salesman who is interested only interested in making money, then Christina is not the realtor for you. However, if you want someone truly invested in your happiness and future, then Christina is the realtor for you, hands down. Literally can’t say enough good things. Also last, sometimes I am suspicious of google reviews so I just want to add that there are no other motives or incentives in place for me to write this review other than genuinely wanting to share what an exceptional realtor and person Christina is. -

We met Cristina at an open house and we immediately connected. She made us feel like family and we instantly knew we wanted to work with her after deciding to sell our home and buy a new one for our growing family. She was so patient with us and was very detailed in the entire process. She thought of things we didnt think of and when our lender dropped us at the last second she found us a new one and we made it to our preferred closing date! We couldnt have done it without her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great buying/selling experience! -

Cristina has the type personality that makes you feel confortable. She is very knowledgeable in her profession, not only in the real estate world but what surrounds it. She was willing to travel with us to see homes far away and at any time (even for the most ugly and unrealistic ones). She never made us feel bad about calling or texting her at anytime. Another thing I like about Christina is that she is always kind even to the most difficult buyer/seller or realtors. Cristina is smart and knowledgeable, she will be ready at the time of the showing and have all the facts for the house. She calls the listing agent and introduces herself and gathers important information for the buyer.She also have so many contacts in the industry such as mortgage lenders, mortgage insurance agents, inspection companies etc; She gave us so many options to chose from but gave us the freedom to shop around and guided us through the whole process.She opens her heart completely and Cristina, Gus (her amazing husband, soon to be a realtor himself), Rebeca (lovely and smart daughter, soon to be a realtor herself too) have become part of our family as well. -

She would have spreadsheets of listings to research and knew everything we were looking for in a home . Once we found our home , she was available anytime we had questions and was great at communicating with the listing agent . On the morning of our signing she showed up just to ensure we were completely taken care of . She will not only be our forever realtor, she is now family …. -
