We had several bumps in the road, but Craig stayed on top of the hurdles presented. Examples include lender not doing their job, buyers that hadn’t toured the place, title company personnel not reading documents and lack of communication from buyer’s realtor. The bumps were due to others not doing their job in the most timely manner.Craig and his team did well.I would recommend them. They got the job done.
