Working with Craig made the long distance sale of my home so easy! He jumped in with extra help when I needed someone in the area to steer some unexpected situations with the home. He gave me advise and went the extra mile without any issues. Craig was honest, open, and fair in his position. I am so thankful Craig was my realtor in this transaction. I honestly dont know if I could have leaned on other realtors like I did Craig. I have sold other homes in the past, and his service exceeded the others that I experienced. -

Having Craig as our real estate agent twice in a matter of 3 years, has been a pleasure. My sister came from CA on a Sunday and we found Craig on line. He showed her a new development and she bought the second showing. Fast forward to December of 2021, Maggie passed away suddenly. Craig was right there to help in any way. Craig is a stand up guy! Super helpful, and very responsive when it comes to making the home purchase.We looked at probably 20 homes or more. He was very patient. He warned us of homes with higher taxes, homes with possible foundation issues, anything to help make a solid purchase. Shoot, the guy even went into the attic of about 4-5 homes for us.Whenever it comes time to sell the home, I won’t hesitate to use Craig again on the way out. -

Wow, what a journey. With this crazy market I was beggining to think I would never find a home for my family and I. It was very stressful moving from California back to Texas and having to search for a home with such little time. A buddy of mine introduced me to Mr. Caddell and from the very start I had a great feeling about him. He found us a beautiful home in Temple, TX and the price was just right. It was a bumpy road due to the situation of the home but Mr. Caddell truly moved mountains to ensure us we would have a home to go to ASAP. Craig was referred to me by someone I trust with all recommendations in life, especially all the big purchases. I couldnt have been more satisfied with the home buying experience as well as all the help after. I shot him over a list of homes I wanted to check out, he added a couple more to the list he thought were similar and what I was looking for, and I found the house in one day. Granted I basically knew what I was looking for, but he helped me drive it home. After moving in he continued to be a great point of contact for varioius things; setting up electric, bug treatment folks, A/C company referral, and just about anything and everything one could ever want. Folks like this are rare to come by. He doesnt view you as a lot of folks may. He is a great person who builds friendships and wants to do anything and everything he can to ensure youre comfortable in your home and welcome to the community. Although all these strings of words are from a random guy on the internet, I would highly recommend Craig to anyone who would like to experience what home searching and buying should be like. 10/10 would do again. -
