I have now used Traci 3 times, twice to buy and once to sell my home. She has been excellent each and every time. This last time buying I was very picky and she was very patient with me. I rely on her expertise and knowledge of the area and it has not failed me yet. I will definitely use her again if I move.

We called Traci to look at one of her houses and ended up looking at a house around the corner and fell in love. After lots of things going wrong, no fault of Traci‘s. We finally now own that house not once. Did Traci act like we were bothering her with our many questions or there was never a time that we wanted to go look at the house again and she did go. The only thing she ever said no to was that she reserve Sunday for family and I think that was awesome and made us appreciate her for more. If I were to buy another home or sell a home Matagorda county I would definitely call Traci.

She helped me purchase and sell a rent house in Angleton in 2017 and 2022, respectively. And this year (2024) she helped us sell the home we bought in Pearland in 2016 after we built our new home.We have purchased and sold many homes over the years as we moved from place to place across the great State of Texas and have used a variety of real estate agents. She set up open house after open house and luncheons to bring in other realtors to show the house. She organized to have the house staged and so much more.
