My husband and I are very satisfied and pleased with working with Brian through our home selling process. Brian made sure to make the entire process as seamless and smooth as possible. Brian made himself available any time of the day or night to answer any questions we had, and made sure to update us. I did not feel the need to check in on the status of anything, as he made sure to answer everything before I could think of it. The entire homeselling process was very smooth and Brian made himself available to help us move as the days neared. While everyone thought I was crazy to sell my home while being pregnant, I can safely say that Brian made sure I did not feel any stress. We highly recommend choosing Brian as your realtor if you plan on buying or selling. We definitely plan on working with Brian when we are ready to purchase. Brian did a wonderful job in listing our home. He was very professional in explaining the process, analysis of a selling price and advice on staging the property. Once it listed we received multiple offers. Brian navigated the offers and help select the right one for the best selling price and a quick close. If I could rate 10 stars I would! Brian was a delight to work with! He is very professional and walked us patiently through the process of selling our home, even going above and beyond to assist with any needs to get it in shape for viewings after we moved out of State! He is very responsive, works for his clients and takes time to explain anything and everything! If we ever move back to Texas, Brian will be our go to realtor without question!

Talking about a great professional and person! Brian is just a great guy that sincerely shows genuine care and concern for his clients. In a challenging business as real state, Brian sets a high bar, and it is trustworthy. I have worked with him twice now. He helped us to sell our home when we move out-of-state, and it was quite the experience since we had a few blockers that resulted on selling the home remotely. We entrusted Brian with the mission of getting the right buyer and he delivered. He owned all the process and had every single detail under control which it helped us to have peace of mind from being remotely. The second time was purchasing a home to move back to Texas. All the experience was done remotely. He showed customer obsession by keeping us in the loop and providing daily updates of listings that met the defined criteria we provided. He went far and beyond on meeting with sellers and attending open house, have video calls and even recording videos to truly appreciate the home touring. The main thing we look for in professionals (e.g. pediatricians, veterinarians, etc) is their ability to suffer with you. We look for those that get involved, care, invest their time and have skin in the game. In real state, he is that person. He is ethical, fair and will always do the right thing. He is not afraid to speak up his mind and provide guidance. He is my go-to person.
