She was a fantastic resource in helping us understand the different neighborhoods we were considering, the longterm investment potential of each property, and the pros and cons of design choices - especially helpful when looking at new builds. Cosette was THE best agent we could have asked for! She went above and beyond helping us search for a rental house in Austin, and even after we signed the lease she has still kept herself available as a resource! I have texted her at both 7am and 10pm, and gotten a response within 5min. She explained anything we didn’t understand, and as two post-grad women who weren’t entirely sure what we were doing, that made a world of difference. When I look to buy in a couple years, I will be using Cosette! She made us feel comfortable and heard!

The homebuying process can be so confusing and overwhelming, but Cosette made it all so easy. Cosette was referred to us by a friend (who also had an incredible experience with her) and I honestly can’t say enough great things about working with her. She is someone you want in your corner when looking for your next home.She is very professional, detail oriented, she communicates proactively, and she is upfront and transparent. She understood exactly what we were looking for and was so organized that she really took so much of the stress off our shoulders.She also has a great attitude. We have two pit bulls which makes looking for a house to rent pretty challenging as they are often on the breed restrictions list. She cut through all the noise and made sure we only looked at houses that would actually allow the pups.I fully recommend working with her and will absolutely work with her again. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Cosette made my experience as a first-time home buyer seamless and as stress-free as possible. From our initial meeting, Cosette understood exactly what I was looking for and was ready to move at my pace. She had special access to several off-market homes that fit my criteria, so we toured a few of them and were under contract on my dream home 2 weeks later. Purchasing a new build can mean that you encounter inconvenient scenarios like timeline delays, but Cosette used these setbacks as opportunities to negotiate extra things for me like the builder covering the cost of movers.

I’m SO thankful for Cosette for her positive attitude, for educating me throughout the process, for her realistic assessment of the market, and for taking so much time to introduce Austin to me.She ALWAYS had my best interests at heart and would give her honest thoughts and mention potential concerns that I maybe wasnt thinking of as a first-time home buyer. She is also the MOST responsive person I’ve ever worked with and did so much so we could move quickly on houses I loved. I also need to highlight that she is the best project manager ever!We had so many parties sending mountains of documents, with emails flying back and forth, but Cosette quarterbacked everything so I could relax.
