Danny is fantastic in every way. I interviewed three other realtors before I found Danny. Not only is he super knowledgeable, he is personable and caring. He went above and beyond to help me with a difficult selling situation due to an incapacitated relative who had not prepared for her future. I ran into many obstacles and Danny calmly helped me through them. He truly cared about me as an individual and the best way to prep and sell my home to not only achieve the highest profit, but to create the least stress. The day the home went on the market, we literally had 3 fantastic above asking offers and closed quickly. Danny was not only my realtor, he became a friend. Danny is extremely trustworthy as a realtor and a human being. He is a gem among realtors.

He responded quickly to every email or call even if there was no new information to share - which is so reassuring when you are nervous and making a life decision this huge. His expertise, attentiveness and kindness was even more appreciated since we relocated from 1500 miles away. He worked tirelessly, guiding us and helping us make both the big and little decisions, by helping with all the information that we ourselves would have gathered, had we been there in person. He was awesome. Went above and beyond for us. He got the inspections done quickly. On our closing paperwork he noticed a mistake the title company missed. He also got the sellers to pay for repairs to items found during inspection. We were so glad we found Danny.
