Wow! What a great experience we had with Cornelius Gray! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our closest friends and family. He set up some filters for us to start seeing some interesting offerings in BCS and surrounding areas. His dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how he went out of his way to accommodate our viewing schedules and provided honest advice on property values. Because of our different work and class schedules, we had a difficult time getting to all the different things required for home buyers to do, so Cornelius even helped with that, scheduling and/or being present for various things we couldn’t make or helping us schedule them so we could be there when it really counted. Cornelius walked us through the process the whole way up to and even after the closing…and he advocated for us as you would hope and expect a realtor to do. He is just the best we could have hoped for!
