We recently purchased our second house, with Jennifer Shahry at Core Residential Group in Austin. It was an obvious choice to go with Jennifer again after she made our first home-buying experience SO unbelievably smooth back in 2021. Start to finish, the whole process took less than 3 weeks from offer to close. Despite the condensed timeline, Jennifer made the process feel effortless - providing us with the key information we needed, when we needed it - calling us to talk through contracts and give us context when required - and even referring us to local tradesman to do walk-throughs of the house for both inspection & possible pool addition before we closed. She is knowledgeable, personable and the easiest person to work with - youd be lucky to have her as your realtor. And if we ever buy a house again - she will be our first and only call.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing! Shes so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. We moved from out of state, and it was tough trying to find a home from afar. Thankfully, our lender referred us to Jennifer, who reached out right away—even while she was on vacation in another country! She took the time to ask great questions about what we wanted in a home, the neighborhood, community vibes, and activities. After that, she went above and beyond to find us the perfect place. Jennifer took care of everything for us remotely, from walk-throughs and inspections to coordinating with contractors and handling closing documents. It was truly an exceptional experience!

I just have to say Karen Lewis is the best Realtor in Austin. Attentive, understanding, always going above and beyond what is expected of her.She is very obviously loves her job to be positive and happy dealing with someone controlling like me, so both my gf and I were very happy to have someone so helpful like Karen on our side.The property management company, I wont name names... *cough* 1836 *cough*, was a pain to say the least and Karen didnt even bat an eye at all of the ridiculous requests they made.Thank you Karen, and I cant wait for you to help us buy our first home!!

We worked with Jennifer to sell our house in East Austin. She was extremely proactive and well prepared throughout the process. She made sure to let us know what to expect at each stage so we had plenty of time to prepare. Once the house was on the market, she held frequent open house events, and gave us regular updates. Given the unfavorable market conditions when we were selling, the house did end up being on the market for a few months, but she never stopped actively pushing to find potential buyers. I currently live in NY, and she made selling from a distance easy by making frequent trips to the house to verify its condition and proving local contacts for landscaping and other services to get the house staged, looking nice over time, and ready for closing.

While rental work is certainly less profitable, Beth invested a fair bit of time to help us with a quick turnaround and a special situation to find the perfect rental for our family.
