We recently worked with Luis to purchase a home. Our experience with him was simply outstanding. Luis is extremely professional and patient. We were very selective on what we were looking for and Luis showed us many properties without hesitation until we were able to find the perfect match. The main qualities that we were looking for in a REALTOR® were transparency and trust. Luis was always straightforward and honest in his recommendations. He was available 24/7 to give us advice. Many of the homes that we visited were older, remodeled homes. We were really impressed by his ability to distinguish between good and poor quality finishes. Another excellent quality is that Luis is a natural extrovert. In a couple of properties that we liked, he walked up and talked to neighbors that were outside to get direct insight into the neighborhood. We will certainly work with Luis again the next time we are looking for a home.
