    From the first contact, our experience with Patriot Move was amazing and easy! We were introduced to our amazing real-estate agent Joe Abmont and our broker Devin Farner who were soooo helpful and did everything to get us into our home. Joe and Devin were helpful and treated us like a friend, right away. More of a community and not pushy! Love them. They made our move to the Boise area easier.

    If you are thinking about moving away from a state like California or Oregon, Conservative Move is wonderful. They guided us to find our realtor in Tennessee, Chris Morton. He was beyond outstanding. Besides being a great realtor, he was honest and an expert whose opinion we valued greatly. He has continued to go above and beyond. He has helped us immensely throughout the process. Currently we are beginning a remodel and wont be moving immediately. Chris connected us with other services that we needed in this first phase. I cannot say enough about what wonderful people we have met in Tennessee due to this service. Chris is now not only our realtor, but he has become a friend. I cannot say enough about how excellent this service has been. These are good people and working with them has been a reminder of what America is truly about.

    Brenda and her team at Conservative Move were great. They referred us to wonderful realtors for both selling and buying. These folks helped greatly to reduce some of the stress while relocating. We appreciated that and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Conservativemove just helped my family move from California to Texas. Derek (on the buy side in Texas) and Gina / Andrea (on the sell side in California) did a terrific job. Derek is the best when it comes to negotiations and contracts. We really appreciated his experience. Gina and Andrea were very good communicating with us every step of the way and made sure the whole selling process went smoothly. The founder Paul is a really nice and genuine guy who is a great resource for all the questions that arise on a big move. Of course I also greatly appreciated the Conservative aim of his business.

    We were doing an out of state investment property exchange within a very limited time frame. Derek was very responsive and provided numerous options until a house was identified. Derek was our eyes on site and arranged everything for the purchase. Once closed Derek continues to assist us in the management of our lease.We appreciate working with a Christian based company that never failed to respond to our questions and kept us informed.

    I am so grateful to Conservative Move for helping my family embark on the process of leaving CA. We were inexperienced as first-time home-buyers, so it made a big difference to be given a short-cut to a wonderful realtor who really understood our situation and shared our values. We participated in several Conservative Move webinars for different states, and they were very helpful in narrowing our search and emboldening us to finally take the leap. Moving out of state can feel pretty daunting, especially with little kids in tow, so having a trusted source to go to with questions and concerns really helped us to stop complaining about CA and take action to build a new life in a red state.

    I began working with Paul Chabot and Conservative Move about this time a year ago. My plan was to relocate from So California to McKinney Texas for a better place to live and raise our daughter. We had help in working with a local realtor in both California to sell our home and in Texas to find a new home. We also had help with a lender for our home mortgage and in a moving company to get our things to Texas. With their great referrals we landed in Texas in our new home on June 19th. It was a big move for our family but Conservative Move removed most of the stress. We were here in time for our daughter to ride in the 4th of July parade in historic Downtown McKinney. Thanks for the great help and making this possible. We love Texas and our new home.

    Derek Baker and Gina Chabot contacted us quickly and set us up with two amazing real estate agents, Paul Boudier in CA and Katherine St Amant in TX and they were both very quick, efficient, professional, honest, and fought hard for us to get the price that we thought was right and to negotiate all details with the other party’s agents. Plus, the entire team also had references for other tasks as well, such as movers, car transporters and home inspectors as well as references for services in the area that we relocated to, such as carpet & tile cleaning, concrete/patio, electric, tax accountant, fencing, healthcare, HVAC, home/auto insurance and much more, thus making our transition much smoother.My wife and I are so grateful for all the support we received from all the team members at Conservative Move, and we are confident that we made the best choice in contacting them for their assistance with the very daunting task of making such a big move from CA to TX.     Derek and his team at Conservative Move of Texas were a helpful and friendly resource for us to lean upon in the chaotic whirlwind of a relocation. While we had already decided that Texas was our destination, the whole state lay open before us and Derek had the familiarity of a multi-generation native to help us work through the pros and cons of each region. Once we were set on where to go they had a recommendation for a local realtor that could guide us in the specifics and close the deal. It has been a great adventure so far, and Conservative Move was one of the best parts of it. I have already referred them to one other person who is tentatively considering moving right.

I was provided contacts to each state I was researching, and the contacts were always available to answer questions and guidance. The videos on Conservative Moves web site are also very helpful as they zero in on what most of us are considering when moving to a red state as well as key components of each available location for your consideration. Highly recommend Conservative Move! We found our home with their agents help, and we are very satisfied.

    After realizing we needed out of California, I contacted CM. Brenda replied and after a few short emails, she put me in contact with their Tennessee Ambassador Chris Sanders out of the Nashville area. He and I talked, and made arrangements to visit. We met for breakfast and I interviewed him and generally picked his brain about our needs. Chris was outstanding out of the gate. Hes deeply passionate about helping those who wish to move out of our troubled States, he loves Tennessee and he is not shy about his views...which parallel mine. Once I was comfortable he was going to be our guy, the next move for us was to make a family visit for a longer extended period so we can house hunt. (The job had already been established.)5 weeks later, my wife and I and our two kids flew to Nashville and spent three days, put 600 miles on the rental car and saw 17 properties with Chris. (Inventory is low, and our needs were fairly specific.) With Chriss handling, and certainly the blessings of God, we signed for a house 3 hours before our flight back to California. 4 weeks after that we were residents of Tennessee.Conservative Move and their Ambassador, Chris Sanders in Tennessee, made it happen. Obviously, our story is different than those of you reading this, but it was a pleasant and positive experience all the way around (albeit stressful.)Given the chance and opportunity CM will do what they need to do.

    To set the record straight with some of the negative reviews that have been left on this page.When I spoke to Dr Paul Chabot on the phone, a few months ago, about moving to that general area he spoke very highly of the diversity of the population.The main selling points for that area is the cost of living, the way the state treats veterans, business laws and opportunities, as well as local and state governments that care about the possible negative impacts their actions may have on the public.I almost forgot... We also talked about emergency warning systems. In the last few years, in my area of California, we have had a number of emergencies that required mass evacuations.. And the emergency broadcast system was never engaged. In fact it just came out last month that emergency dispatchers were telling citizens in Paradise, CA that there was no danger from fire and they didnt need to evacuate... While Paradise was on fire.Not once did he try to convince me to move there because of a lack of LGBTQ population or melanin content in peoples skin.PS.. Im not a Republican and I am currently saving up to make the move with my family.

    Conservative move was the BEST resource we could have ever used when we were forced to leave NYC!They put us in touch with amazing agents that were so patient with us for 8months!!!We were not only able to narrow down WHERE we wanted to move but the unlimited resources their agents had available for us as well was priceless!!

    Conservative Move agents respond immediately, are personable, and professional. Agents offered and provided a custom MLS search to assist us. They help plan a visit, provide free events for information about TX and finding a home or builder in TX. The mission of the agency aligns with my goals.

    I was set up with a realtor for the area I was interested in. Not only did I receive the typical listings, but the realtor went above and beyond. I was interested in property in another state, but unable to travel due to family illness. When I found a property I was interested in the realtor went out, took pictures, contacted various services to determine costs for me, and helped me determine the best deal. The entire process went smoothly from start to the end of the purchase due to all the help from my realtor. These are good people who take pride in what they do.

    Very responsive and patient. Extremley prompt in returning phone calls. As an additional note please notice that all the negative reviews are from liberals who hate the very premise of this company. The comments are both hateful and off topic. I have had an extremely positive experience with Conservative Move.
