Hows this? Colin did a wonderful job helping us find our forever home. Colin has the patience of a saint as me and my husband saw many homes and could not decide on exactly what we were looking for. However, once we decided Colin helped us find something quickly. Colin was even really understanding and patient with us when some offers or homes we liked didnt work out. Colin was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Colin went above and beyond and connecting us to loan officials, inspectors, title companies, and even had suggestions for different companies for updating our new home. Colin even advocated for us when it came time to negotiate for the purchase of our home. Colin gave great recommendations and advice throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Colin and are elated that he helped us find the perfect home for our family.
