Ashely was recommended to us by a co-worker after we had searched for a house for approximately a year. Our realtor at the time often made it seem we would never find a home due to our wanting to use the VA home loan. I recalled several times leaving a showing, that we had to fight to get in the first place, and my wife would be in tears.That’s where Ashley came in. At the lowest point in our home-buying experience, Ashley met with us and we quickly realized how much she cared. Ashely listened to our concerns, our wants, and our needs and promised to get us into a home. Ashley quickly scheduled and showed us several different houses including new build options. Which we ultimately went with.After several showings with new builders, we elected to go with Avonley Homes. Things got off to a bumpy start after there was a lack of communication. Ashely quickly and efficiently corrected this problem and ensured we got the communication we expected from the builder. Ashely ensured that our house was progressing as it should be, and walked it on her own time, something she most definitely did not have to do it.During the building phase, everything was perfect. Ashely would consistently reach out to us to make sure we were good and cared more about us and our lives. She made it personal and grew into a friend.Toward the end of the building process, we started seeing some sloppy work being done on our house, mainly paint and trim work. Ashely was the first to step up and point these things out to our superintendent. His response was lacking, unprofessional, and he did not care about the quality of his work. Ashely kept herself very professional and allowed me to speak up after viewing the disrespect he had shown Ashely, which led to us being assigned a new superintendent. I was impressed by Ashelys level head and knew she wasnt done fighting for us. Ashely reached out to the head of the company and several other people to ensure we got what we were paying for. Ashely fought for us every step of the way.We are moved in and are happy with our new home. Most importantly we are happy with the friendship we have gained with Ashley. If you need a realtor or know someone who does Ashely is the way to go. As my wife says “She is a ball of sunshine”. Ashely will fight for you and ensure you get exactly what you are looking for.

Ashley was awesome to work with! Communicated with me all though the process and was easy to get ahold of when I needed her. Let me drag her all over the area until I figured out exactly what I wanted. Helped point me in the right direction when I began to look at new builds and offered lots of suggestions for me to look into until I found my perfect house. I couldn’t be happier with her help and service!
