Navigating the whole process of renting a house in Austin and the surrounding cities alone is overwhelming. When you inquire about a house on sites like zillow you get a million messages from realtors and it all becomes to much....especially when youre barely out of college and dont know what youre doing or who to accept help from.I had less than 2 weeks to find a place, so time really was of the essence. Clint actually reached out to me by phone and right then and there we set up a time to view a home. After we met the next day I left feeling a bit more at ease and comfortable putting my trust in Clint.He is very responsive, doesnt make empty promises, and works around your schedule to meet for viewings. I highly recommend working with Clint because he was genuinely kind, listened to my wants and needs, and wanted to help- which in Austins booming market, is hard to find in a realtor!

Even though I was not in the market to purchase a home but only lease, Clint went above what another agent from a different company provided. In fact, he went out of his way to show me houses within hours of meeting. He was extremely helpful during the whole process and I felt more at ease knowing that he was in my corner. Whenever I plan on relocating, I will contact Clint immediately to assist me.

Clint is amazing! We were on a very tight schedule in one of the hardest markets and he answered all our questions promptly, found us some very good options, and then made the application and leasing process a breeze. Would definitely refer him to a friend and use his help again when we move!
