Oh my word…WHERE TO EVEN BEGIN?!! Claudia is literally a God send. Our house sat on the market for almost a year and Claudia had her sold in 1 month (including the contract time)! Literally cannot say enough words about this patient and tenacious and kind and knowledgeable woman. She overcame obstacles and protests and even stopped the canceling of our contract TWICE when our buyers seemingly got cold feet she was able to mitigate it seamlessly and without us even knowing. Not enough words to say this but Claudia should be your first and only choice…you will never regret it.

Claudia Ochoa is a true all round real estate professional, and my wife and I feel fortunate to be working with her to accomplish our goals. We were living in a nice big house in Austin for many years, and after we both reached retirement age we felt it would be a good time to look at downsizing our residence and possibly relocating to a smaller town. So after a couple of years of casually looking at the different options, we found a great house plan in a planned subdivision, picked out a nice lot for it, and put down our earnest money. It was now time to get serious about selling our house ASAP. Fortunately for my wife and I, our builder had previously worked with Claudia Ochoa and suggested that she might be able to represent us as our real estate agent. Claudia accepted the challenge and had our place sold over the asking price the same day it went on the market! We could not be happier with the way things worked out. Because of the timely sale of our property, we were able to lock in the price on our dream house which is currently under construction. We are pleased to be working with Claudia on the purchase of the new house as well. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have worked with several real estate brokers and agents over the past years and can say with confidence that Claudia is the best agent/ broker we have ever used.Claudia has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Claudia normally handles but she treated my husband and I with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. Claudia helped us through two real estate deals this year after guiding me through one last year where I stupidly tried to represent myself.. big mistake. Her advice got me through that tricky deal and so we knew we wanted to use her for everything going forward. Shes responsive and professional and so easy to connect with. She cares very much about her clients and is REALLY good at what she does. We ended up selling our home over asking price to a cash buyer with a contract signed within 48 hours of our house going back on the market! Once in a while you meet someone truly special who transforms your life for the better in ways you cannot imagine – someone you form a special bond with. For my wife and me, this is Claudia. After 8 years of living in Houston, we were looking to start a new life in Austin, a city where we feel more at home. We shared our desire to buy a house with our incredible friend Cecilia and she kindly connected us with Claudia. After a few email exchanges, text messages, and a phone call, I knew we were in great hands. Claudia was genuinely interested in helping us and was open to feedback to find the best way to serve us. Based on our needs, she recommended living in Cedar Park and shared a list of homes matching our criteria. After picking a few homes from the list, we decided to take a road trip to Austin to tour the neighborhoods. During our tour, we found that while the houses matched our criteria they were not in neighborhoods we liked. At the same time, we found Cedar Park as a whole was a good fit. My wife did some research and found a beautiful home in Cedar Park near our hotel that had only been on the market for a day or two. She insisted we visited this house to see how the neighborhood was. When we got there, we enjoyed the house and neighborhood so much that we had to schedule a showing to see inside. We called Claudia on short notice and she kindly worked with us to make the showing happen the next day. As soon as we met her at the house and stepped inside, we felt at home. It was beautiful inside and out and had everything we were looking for in starting a new life. We immediately made a decision to call this our new home. But there was a problem: multiple offers had already been submitted. Claudia took care of us and helped communicate our desire to call this house our home to the selling agent TJ, who is also now a good friend of ours. We had never purchased a house before, let alone an option period contract and had no clue what to do. Claudia walked us through the process and helped us arrive at amounts that made our offer appealing without overpaying. One day later our offer was accepted. It was one of the happiest and most emotional moments of our lives, and it would not have happened without Claudia’s expertise. Before we could blink, it was time to figure out the loan, inspection, insurance and everything else that has to happen before closing on a home, and we had no idea where to begin. Once again Claudia took care of us and connected us with an amazing lender, inspector, and insurance agent. We had less than a month to prepare for closing and things happened fast! Whenever something came up that potentially jeopardized closing (e.g. new covid-19 employment verification rules), Claudia was quick to communicate and involved the right people to get things done. Despite the odds stacked against us of signing our documents on closing day because of a notary cancelation, Claudia went the extra mile to make sure we could sign. And sign we did. We successfully closed on our new home at 8:15pm on a Friday night, reviewing the final documents as the sun set, pens in hand and masks on, seated outside at a portable table set up for covid times. Claudia was there for us the whole time. This review is a small way of being there for her in return. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent.
