The last two years my wife and I have been in no rush to purchase our second home. With the rise in rates and the housing market, it was important to ensure the needs of the family were met while also receiving the best value for our money. Christy stayed the course with us and never failed to go above and beyond. At times it was probably questionable that we would ever buy a home, but Christy never rushed us, never pushed us to the side, or lost hope in our endeavor. She truly wanted us to have what was best for us. Christy would provide almost immediate showings, was always well prepared to answer questions about a home, and was always available to answer a phone call. If you want a personal one on one experience with purchasing a home and to feel like you are the primary focus throughout the process then look no farther. Christy is really is the Swiss army knife of realestate. Always ready, prepared for anything, and there for you when you need her most. Our experience went so well that two months after purchasing our wonderful home Christ was our immediate go to for leasing our renovated rental property and God bless if she didnt impress us there too. Within two days Christy had our property professionally photographed and on the inter-webs. Showings were being booked left and right. Christy worked mobile from our driveway the showings were being that densely booked. Within a week Christy reviewed lease requirements with us, evaluated applicants pairing us with the most qualified tenants, set us up on property management software, and most importantly a signed lease agreement. Christy truly alleviated all the headache and expedited the process to minimize our cost while turning our property into an income producing revenue stream.Thank you Christy for all you have done for us! -

We were very specific about location and type of home we wanted to buy. There were days Christy drove hours from one house to the other with us. We would send her links to the homes we were interested in, she would research the history of the home, work done on home, companies that did the work, warranties… After an entire year of being a pain in her butt she assisted us in finding the perfect home for us. She and the company are family to us now. I’d recommend her to anyone. -

Christy went beyond our expectations as a realtor. Easy to contact and aways was able to answer any questions we had on a property. Wouldnt suggest anyone else to help you with your home buying needs. She treated us more as family then clients the moment we met. -

Christy is the best of the best. She is 100% the only reason I got my new house. I had a lot of obstacles that probably would’ve slowed anyone else down. I needed to stay in my budget, remain in the same area, find a move in ready, newer home…..AND to top it off….only 1.5 months to do it. Well not only did Christy find me a house…she found me THE house. It’s exactly what I wanted. And I wasn’t the only one that thought so. It had multiple offers on the table and Christy used her master negotiating powers to get them to choose our offer!Christy went above and beyond. She honestly made me feel like I was her only client. I would ask to see a house and she would have a showing ready as soon as possible. I knew she always had my best interest at heart. She knows what to look for and would point out things that could be costly to fix or long term issues. It felt like she really cared about finding me a good quality and safe home. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!! -
