I love love loved using Christy as our realtor! She was amazing!I started off with a different pair of realtors when I decided to sell my home. I was looking on Zillow at other homes to buy and that website assigned the first set of realtors to me. One of them couldn’t answer any of my questions when we went to look at another home and the second one made me feel so stupid with every question I asked. They wouldn’t put in my offer on a home I wanted to buy, and once it sold, they ghosted me.So naturally I had to find a new realtor. I wanted to use someone that I could trust but I was skeptical to use Christy because I knew her. Not very well, but well enough. We attend the same church and I’m “mom/dad” friends with a couple of her kids.However, at the end of the day, business is business and I was afraid to use someone I knew, because I didn’t want to end up mad at her, like the last realtors.But, I took the leap and I’m so happy I did. I asked, what I’m assuming, is a number of silly questions, but she never let on if I was bothersome or ignorant to the housing market and selling a home.She was truly a wonderful sport and kept us in the loop almost daily! She was always at our beck and call and I just couldn’t believe how much time she spent helping us through the entire process because she is such a busy lady!I plan on buying another house within the next 5 years and she will definitely be my first call!Thank you Christy, you are a superstar❤️
