Christy was our agent on a new build we bought and she was wonderful! Being from out of state, she helped us navigate Texas laws and gave us good insights to all the different neighborhoods and subdivisions. Also, she’s smart and very detailed- she was able to point things out to us that we missed. We would definitely work with her again and I recommend her absolutely!

Christy helped us purchase our first home and she was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Being first time homebuyers, the process couldve been overwhelming but she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and was right there with us every step of the way. The process was actually very smooth and seamless.We met Christy while touring a rental property and she asked if we had considered buying instead of renting. From that first conversation, before she was even our Realtor, she gave us some incredible advice. We knew we wanted her as our Realtor right away. She completely educated us on the homebuying process, helped with our credit, connected us with wonderful brokers/lenders and was with us every step of the way until we were ultimately able to move in to our new home. Without her, we wouldnt be where we are now and we are very grateful.Christy cares so much. She got to know us and our children, brought them coloring books and even helped us watch the little ones while we looked at homes. She is very detail oriented and caught several things that we missed while reviewing contracts. She also was able to negotiate and get things thrown in that we wouldnt even have thought of. She personally walked every house with us, attended all inspections, walkthroughs and every meeting. I met Christy Brown at an open house. She was well informed and had a pleasant, easy-going personality. I enlisted her as my agent to help me find a home that would meet our needs. It was quickly evident that she was a hard worker and willing to put her clients needs first. She took the time to get to know me and my children. We looked at a lot of houses, and when it would’ve been easy for her to become frustrated and push me to settle on a house that I liked but maybe didn’t love, she didn’t. Christy is a genuine, honest person who is in this industry to help people find a home that truly is their dream home!
