Chris did such an amazing job for us looking for rental homes. He went out of way to figure out which homes and property companies would work with us and was able to find us a house we are truly happy with within a short time frame. He goes above & beyond to get you and your family in the right house when it’s all said/ done. My family is very grateful for the Professional Services that Chris has giving us to help us get into the best place our family needed. We were fortunate to have found Real Estate agent Chris Lopez He showed lots of patience with us as we looked at several homes. Chris pointed out all the good features of homes as well as the bad features. He could have made an immediate sale as we looked at several homes & we were buying long distance, but instead he made sure we didn’t walk into something we’d regret. We never felt pressured & we knew Chris was taking care of our interests first. Chris has lots of experience & is familiar with the RE contract. Chris was our eyes & ears from day one to the day we closed. Chris pulled the right strings to get our offer accepted. We made the right decision in selecting Chris Lopez as our Real Estate agent.

Amazing Service & Attention to Detail.From day 1 youre being held by the hand throughout the entire House Hunting Experience, making it less scary for 1st time buyers like myself.Lopez had a keen eye for spotting previous repairs and potential future issues with all the houses we visited, and he would advise against certain purchases if the repairs would be too much for the budget that was initially planned.Every appointment had nice and steady approach, never rushing any part of the process, which allowed for time to sort your thoughts about the houses that were visited on the day; and by the end of it, he would welcome the idea of continue the search unless you were 100% sure that you wanted to make an offer on the house.Hes super responsive, punctual & organized, making the whole process go smoothly.10/10 Would recommend. If I ever decide to go for a 2nd buy, I will immediately Reach out to him again.
