Thank you to Christina Ruiz for helping me find a home! I explained to Christina what I wanted and what my goals were, she was amazing! I had already looked at homes and I had a list ready to go, and we went to every single house. I was disappointed in my choices and told her “ girl why’d you let me drag you to these places?”, she said it’s important that I let the customer see everything, even though I know it’s not the end goal it helps you realize what’s out there and what options you have available and to ensure you don’t regret making your final decision, because you know you saw EVERYTHING!” Christina is a mother and wife but she arrived to every appointment on time, looking professional and she was prepared with each home’s information. She gave me options on lenders and helped me every step of the way. If the lender called me I’d text Christina to keep her informed and she always explained why this or that was happening, if I didn’t like something the lender had said she call them immediately and get clarification. Christina was the most understanding and she had my back, if i changed my mind about something she would say ok, then we’re moving on, she never tried to convince me to stay to make a higher offer, she was really an amazing person and I’m so glad I choose her because she was patient and understanding, she was attentive to all my questions or concerns she responded quickly to text or emails even when she should have been home resting! I’m positive I couldn’t have done this without her! You looking for an agent who listens , who is flexible, reliable , attentive?? Not to mention she’s super sweet and cute, then this is the lady for you! 10 out a 10 100%!!
