Just wanted to let everyone know that if you are looking for a realtor Christina Cardenas is the one. She goes above and beyond with everything she does. Last March I was thinking about selling my home. Wasnt really sure when, or even if I should. From the first call to Christina she jumped right on it. Within the first few weeks had inspection, pictures of my home and it was listed! Offers came in and I closed April 4, 2022( I think that was the date). She assisted with finding me a great moving company to make this transition smooth. And now almost 1 year later I will be closing on my newly built home April 25, 2023. From our very first conversation, shes been an exemplar of professionalism, always prepared with stats, references, context, experience, and common sense translations of an esoteric business. She was very blunt when we hit snags or situations that needed to be addressed or managing our expectations, but always remained relatable and patient. She put us in a position to get the most out of our house; she set us up with contacts to get the misc tasks done, but was always mindful that she didnt want us wasting money or energy on things that wouldnt be worth it. She sincerely had our best interests the entire way and had a solution to every problem. Even the somewhat unique crises we ran into, she knew where to get answers and she took legitimately infuriating circumstances in stride.To be frank, I know reviews can bring out these buzzwords and phrases that can be difficult to distinguish from a hype-review-generator bot. The realest thing I can say is that Christina took what felt like an insurmountable situation and guided us through it, never losing momentum and never making me doubt she had our genuine best interests. Short story - the company was sold to another and in the interim all their info was “lost”. So, I looked up info online and Christina’s name was one of many that were provided for us to choose from.
