Christie went above and beyond dealing with me and my husband. She was so patient and understanding. Christie was always went out of her way to look for homes that I would like and in the area that I was looking in. She would meet me at every one of them to have a tour, sometimes more than once at some. I have recommended her to any friend or acquaintance looking at selling and/or looking at homes. She is a true friend of mine.

Christie did an amazing job selling our duplex in Pflugerville in a timely manner that allowed us to turn a profit that was expected! Her and her team were always keeping us up to speed on progress of showings and when we did negotiate an offer, she did a good job making the deal work for us and our needs. I would highly recommend her if you need a great agent to represent you when purchasing or selling a home!

Let me tell you about my experience with Christie Guess. I may have been a little difficult to deal with. I may have been a little wishy-washy. I may have been a little indecisive. I may have asked her to view a house at odd hours and weekends, maybe even on Easter Sunday, due to my work schedule. Not once did she ignore me or deny my request. She was wherever and whenever I requested. She went out of her way to help me get info to my lender and coordinate home inspection. She helped me with things that I am sure or not in the scope of her duties as a Realtor. She was there to walk me through the entire process. She was very helpful and informative while sitting at the closing table with me. Even after the deal has been done, she continually contacts me and checks on me. That girl is a rockstar! Realty Austin is lucky to have Christie Guess!
