Chris is one of the hardest working and knowledgeable agents in the industry! He’s a blessing to work with and excellent negotiator- I’ve personally seen him (on several occasions) get all of the closing costs covered by the seller and when the appraisal came in; it was over the agreed on Purchase Price!He grew up in the area and knows the market extremely well. If you want an agent that shows up to the home inspection, is a shrewd negotiator and prides himself on getting the best deal for his clients you couldn’t ask for a better realtor than Chris

My experience with Chris was wonderful. He definitely knows his craft. He sold my condo within a specified timeframe, for a targeted price, in the middle of a Covid shutdown, while I was in another state. Unbelievable. What more could be asked? He provided me with great price positioning information, staging advice, and ways to handle an out-of-state closing. He used innovative marketing strategies including a FB walkthrough with a popular property reviewer. He kept me informed about each stage of the process. He even power washed my patio and sidewalk. I highly, and without reservations, recommend Chris for anything realtor related. Do yourself a favor and meet with Chris so you too can see his vast knowledge about the real estate market.
