Honestly the best experience we have had both buying and selling our home. Chris found a home that we would never have looked at, our dream home, then worked with us in every aspect to help sell our old home at the highest per square foot price of any home sold in that neighborhood ever. Chris is very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk with. Its clear that he loves all things real estate and isnt just out to make a quick sale. I wouldnt have purchased my new (to me) home without him. His help was vital in deciding to purchase even with high interest rates. He took the time to figure out what was the best option for my situation and goals. He answered all of my questions and trust me there were a lot. Chris was absolutely amazing! We had a Major time crunch with many financial questions and being first time homebuyers he made the entire process simple. He communicates everything clearly and makes this entire process stress free as possible.
