It was a very unexpected challenge while looking for my house because of the market. I felt like I wasnt going to find a home but Chimere was a soothing resolution to my fears. She remained very professional, humble and positive throughout the entire time. Even when offers were being turned down, she always made sure I kept a positive mindset. She also was very, VERY proactive. She took the time to learn of what I desired the most in my home and when a house would pop up for sale, she already knew I would like it and would already have details in the contract prepared to submit an offer. With this being a SUPER CRAZY market in history, it took all of 3 months to get my first offer accepted and I didnt close due to the seller end. So when we had to start back looking, Chimere helped me get through it all and she managed to find me an even better home and I closed within 45 days of my offer being accepted. I LOVE MY HOME!!!!! Chimere is the best at what she does and I love her spirit. She feels her clients struggle and always try to find a solution. I could go on and on because that is just how great she was.
