We lived in Bent Tree for almost 8 years and absolutely loved our home and neighborhood. When it came time to sell, Cheryl was recommended to us by a neighbor because of her extensive knowledge and we are so thankful for that recommendation. She made the whole process so incredibly easy and stress free.She always responded promptly, worked with all of our requests, and even met a few contractors at the house for minor repairs when we were unable to be there. Trust is so important during the buying or selling process and we were lucky to have Cheryl in our corner. We felt like we were working with our friend rather than a real estate agent. She will definitely represent us on any future real estate transactions.

Cheryl couldnt have been more helpful with our home search. We were picky, but she had patience and didnt rush us. She has also advised us on some family estate property, and helped locate a contractor. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sale a home.
