Simply the best! As a long distance client and the struggles of locating our forever home while out of state; we needed a local expert. Cherie was amazing from day one. She listened to our needs and desires. Made excellent recommendations and even kept me from making some serious mistakes. We appreciated her transparency and attention to detail. I like how when I showed interest in a home Cherie would contact the sellers agent and gather the seller’s documents for my review. Plus, it must be tough to be a rural agent with properties so far apart, so Cherie’s patience with driving to a showing was a blessing. She is a hard worker and maintained excellent communication. I wish we could buy a property monthly with Cherie and look forward to referring new clients to her. I hope we have made a forever friend with Cherie.

Does Her Research. We had some issues with the title to the property we were selling. Cherie worked well with the Corp of Engineers and the buyers agent to get the title clear for sale. Cherie has a wonderful personality and is willing to work with everyone.

Our experience with Cherie was the best! The real estate market is crazy right now and she did an outstanding job in helping us navigate the entire process. She spent countless hours researching homes, prices, locations, driving many miles and showing us lots of homes on the weekends over several months. She literally did everything possible to ensure we got the home we wanted and definitely went above & beyond! Cherie also sold our home in a matter of days and did an amazing job with the marketing and advertising process — absolutely maximizing the value! Go with Cherie! You wont regret it!Cherie loves what she does and it shows! When we decided to sell our home, we had initially intended to sell to an investor and, when I contacted her to help us find a new home, Cherie assured me that she could sell our home for more than the offer we received. She was right! We had an offer in less than a week and, as promised, we were able to walk away with money in our pockets!There were plenty of stressful moments but Cherie was always there to answer all of our questions and set our minds at ease. Shes been a realtor for over 15 years and really knows her stuff! She has a great personality and will walk you through everything start to finish. Cherie will spend every weekend with you until you find the house of your dreams!Did I mention that were repeat customers? Why would we use her again if she wasnt the best!?! HIRE HER! If you want a realtor that is a real go getter, this is the one!! We hired Cherie to sell two houses for us 15 years ago when she was in Bastrop County. She sold both of them within 2 months!When we decided to sell our most recent home, Cherie had moved to the Dallas area, so we figured it would be in our best interest to hire someone local...BIG mistake! After 5 months of getting very little activity, I reached out to Cherie. She drove down and looked at our place and told us if we’d give her the chance, she would have it under contract in 30 days. SHE DID IT! We actually had two offers.Our buyers had an unforeseen complication with their lender, so their realtor apologized to Cherie for wasting our time and thought it was over. Cherie wasn’t going to let that happen. She actually contacted lenders she had used in the past, and shared that info with their realtor.
