Cheri was amazing! She gave great advice, provided clear and consistent communication, and never stopped working hard to find solutions when any problems arose. We listed toward the end of January and found a buyer in March. The closing process took just under a month and we signed papers on April 12. Even at the closing table, she was still fighting for us and asking questions about amounts we were owed. She is incredible and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Orange County.

Highly recommend this lady! She was so friendly, down to earth and helpful! My husband had reached out to another realtor at first and she blew him off because we didnt have our immediate funds ready we explained we would soon and wanted to jump start our search but was told to call back when the funds were actually in our hands! Luckily my husband reached out until he found someone who would help us get started.Cheri gladly took on the challenge! We are so very grateful for her! She was so patient with us on our journey to find our foreverrrrrr home! It was crazy cause she would know immediately before she even showed us a home if we would like it or not lol she quickly learned our likes and dislikes! She was simply amazing! And I would like to add that she was also very honest and today that is not easily found in my opinion.
