As someone who has known Chase since we were in Boy Scouts, I can vouch for his character. We coincidentally moved to Austin in our adult life, so I decided to reach out to him for real estate help for my next move. He made the process as stress free as possible. He was very proactive about setting up house tours and it was very apparent that he took the time to plan the drive to each house to be as efficient as possible. During each house tour, he was answered all my questions I had and more. When our first house fell through, he dropped his own personal plans on the weekend to give us more house tours until we found what we were looking for.I will certainly recommend him to my friends who are planning on making the move to the Austin area, and already have.

Chase is absolutely amazing! I could not have imagined working with anyone else to sell our home. He is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, honest, hard-working, and very kind. We moved out of the state and Chase was more than happy to handle the entire process of selling our home. When issues came about, he had plenty of solutions and handled every situation with ease. Hes also very creative. Our Open House was a pumpkin patch! Chase made this process so easy. I thought selling a home was going to be a headache, not with Chase though. My fiance and I were new to Austin from Chicago. We were in for just 2 nights to choose our place to live, before officially moving 3 weeks later. Chase was incredibly helpful. Weeks leading up-to our visit he was responsive back and forth helping us gather a list of places to visit. When we were in for our trip we saw around a dozen places in 2 days. He was very organized, explained the characteristics of all of Austin’s neighborhoods to us, and really helped us get a feel of what it would be like to live here. We found a great place to rent, all thanks to Chase. If we ever switch rentals or buy a house in ATX, we will 100% be using him again.
