Charlotte was such a fabulous agent to work with. my fiancé and I were first time homebuyers and had no clue what we were getting into at a time when the market was nuts. Charlotte walked us through every step of the entire home-buying process and made sure we were educated in every new aspect there was so we could make informed decisions. From getting pre-approved with and choosing a mortgage lender, to understanding how the market works and how to navigate the shifts, to negotiations and the legal side of real estate, and everything in between.
