Charlotte was a delight to work with while closing on my first home. She was also excellent at communicating and showing involvement in this process that was so new to me. She made me feel comfortable through and through out. Charlotte was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, and she was always willing to go the extra mile.I highly recommend Charlotte to any one who is looking for a realtor who will get the job done right. She is a true professional and I am grateful for her help in making my dream of homeownership a reality.

My husband and I dont have enough good words to say about our experience with Charlotte. Charlotte did an outstanding job assisting us with purchasing our dream property. Her expertise in the market was instrumental when it came to negotiating and getting us what we wanted. Charlotte went above and beyond with her efforts - even when things seemed disappointing at times, she encouraged us and fought even harder to meet our needs. Along with her determination, Charlotte constantly communicated EVERYTHING with us. Everyday, multiple times a day we got updates on what was happening behind the scenes. We felt very in the know of what was happening during our transaction. Purchasing property was very new to us, therefore we had a lot of questions but Charlotte never made us a feel like we had a dumb question. She made us feel so comfortable and we knew we made the right decision when using her as our realtor. We would do 10x again and encourage others to use her as well.
