We were working with a relocation company which found agents for us to interview, and we would choose one to represent our home sale. Charisse was the second agent we interviewed and blew the other agent off the map.Charisse came into our home and not only complimented it and assured us she would get the job done, but she built a relationship with our family and comforted us in this uncertain market. Charisse hit the ground running with a to-do list that we followed to a T, incredible photography of our home, and open houses every weekend. Charisse followed up on every viewing and made sure we were competitive with our listing.Unfortunately, moving across the country meant that we were leaving our empty home - Which created lots of anxiety and fear of the unknown of what could possibly happen or how long our home could be listed. However, Charisse constantly checked on her home and made sure that all was well. As hurricane season would have it, hurricane barrel hit our neighborhood and caused significant damage to homes around our home, however, our home only Suffered minor roof damage- we Believe this is because of the preventative maintenance listed in Charisse’s notebook that we followed. Charisse was on the spot the very next day after the storm cleared checking on our home, unplugging appliances, and Making sure there was no internal or external damage that happened to the home due to the hurricane. Charisse gave us so much peace of mind in this unsettling time!!!Our home sold just a week later with a cash offer, and we couldn’t have been happier. Charisse went to bat for us making sure we got the best end of the deal and making sure that we were fully represented by her. Charisse is attentive, Reassuring, selfless, caring, supportive, patient, and incredibly responsive! We Always felt like we were her first priority.Charisse comes highly recommended by our family & we are extremely grateful that we were blessed to have her representing our home sale!

Hands down the best realtor in Houston! 🙌🏼 She is very dedicated and passionate to help others. I had to switch realtors after meeting her because she is that good! She takes each customer on a personal level & her communication skills are amazing! Even late nights, she would answer your calls or messages. I definitely recommend her if you are a first time home buyer because she got us into a brand new house at the same price as an older house with many issues.PLUS! She became our photographer for each part of the process & now we have memories of every step!

I was also completely skeptical about not seeing things in person. Charisse eased my worries instantly. When I was first introduced to Charisse Johnson, I wasn’t looking to purchase a home my plan was to lease a home with a yard for my dog and kids to play and have a space. After viewing a couple of properties, I was becoming very discouraged and feeling like I was running out of time in my pursuit to establish new residence for my family because my lease was expiring in less than 30 days. So to say I was experiencing a lot of stress and pressure is a understatement. But thank Goodness God used Charisse to be the person that would help propel me and my family into what was both best and destine for us. Charisse asked a very simple question but a very important questionShe asked “what’s preventing you from becoming a homeowner?” I of course gave all my reasons and she looked at me very compassionately and said oh ok so you don’t know any of that stuff for sure and I said no I don’t..
