Best realtor ever! Through the long process of selling our home and getting into a new build she made it so easy. She is always there when I needed her for advice or questions. She very professional and gets it done. If I had to sell or buy again I would go with her, but she helped us find our forever home! I know through this process she has became a friend.

Having to looking for and then purchase a home sight unseen has got to be one of the most nerve wrecking experience for anyone. Yet given those circumstances, my fiancé, two young daughters and I were lucky enough to have Cathy and her teams help in this endeavor. From clear and concise communication to great practices of professional courtesies, my family and I were able to find a home given such a short timeline of 3 months. We would definitely inquire her services for our future home buying needs.

Cathy Bruce is one of the best realtors that weve ever worked with. Being a military family, weve moved and purchased all over the US and even abroad. This was by far the best realty experience that weve ever had. We wholeheartedly believe in divine appointment and met Cathy at a time where we werent quite sure what we were looking for or when wed be able to make moves. We have a large family, and there were so many factors that would determine if a home would be a good fit or not. We told her exactly what we were looking for, house size, neighborhood, and price range. Not only was she able to help us find EXACTLY what we NEEDED, but she was able to do so in a matter of days. We found our dream home in 2 days and closed the entire deal in less than a month. Cathy put herself in our position and only made suggestions that would work best for our family. She is not pushy and salesy like some other agents can be. Cathy also connected us to other agencies and services that made the transition even more smooth. I was referred to Mrs. Bruce by a friend who had used her to find a house in El Paso while we were both stationed at Fort Benning/Moore, GA. After arriving at Fort Bliss myself, I was almost imminently sent on a rotation to Europe. While in Europe, I got in contact with Mrs. Bruce and expressed what I was looking for in a home. She would send me listings of homes with the features/price that I had outlined to her. If there were any listings that I really liked, I would ask her to go and look at them for me. I think I asked her to look at 5-6ish homes over the course of a month. While she was inspecting the homes that I had interest in, she would point out damage/road noise/concerns with the area. With Mrs. Bruces help, I ended up closing on a house from across the world and will use my post-deployment leave to move in. Overall, very happy with the experience and was surprised how easy the process was.
