My goodness! Where to even start! This sale caused so much stress, so much emotions, and it went on for a couple of months. Sellers had liens and an agent with an attitude! Cassie spent every single day on the phone or texting the agent, the title company, brokers, and myself! She never gave up even after being hung up on and blocked by the other agent. She did everything in her power to get this matter closed professionally and ethically with what she had to deal with. Compassion, knowledge and professionalism on Cassie’s part kept us calm. She was able to refer a top notch lender as well. Top notch customer service mixed with a top notch realtor equates to a win!!

There were quite A bit of things we flat out didn’t know we could do that she did, like negotiate, disagree and demand things. We simply told her what we wanted with the new construction home we bought and SHE GOT IT ALL! Cassie sent me new homes to look at daily and if I said I wanted to see it, she met with me almost every single day to show it to me.
