Socorro Gonzalez and Alfonso Camargo helped me buy a rental property and now I make money in my sleep! They did a great job handling my transaction while I was buying from out of state! I was working with another realtor and having a hard time getting my offers accepted, as soon as I started working with Alfonso and Socorro I got two offers accepted and bought one after inspections. Alfonso helped me during my home inspections and pointed out some key items to anticipate. They negotiated repairs in this crazy market and even lined me up with property managers to interview.
