I MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cary Nemeroff and would give him 10 Stars if I could! Cary recently sold my home in the current, tough Austin real estate market. He is a workhorse and went far and beyond to sell my house! He is also a complete pleasure to work with and was so on top of every detail of the sale. Cary is honest, kept me super-updated throughout the process and is definitely an expert Realtor who knows how to sell a home! Cary was so amazing to work with!! We used his services for finding a rental property and he was very heartfelt with our long process as we have a different situation with a differently abled child and needed a more ADA home. He knows the Bee Cave/Lakeway area very well, always accommodating, helpful, so very knowledgable in the real estate world and couldnt ask for a more flawless process! Cary Nemeroff has been a wonderful help to me. I have moved from Newark, New Jersey to Lakeway about year ago, but I have been still living in a rented apartment, with only one bathroom, two bedrooms, and a small kitchen. Ive been looking for a house that is comfortable, and a friendly environment for me to live in; with 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a nice backyard, and a medium sized house overall, I still couldnt find a house under the price range of $600,000 - $650,000 (Lakeways prices are very expensive). I started looking for a realtor that would help me to find a nice looking house, similar to my old house in NJ; a fine neighborhood that brought out kind people. I went online to find realtors in the Lakeway area, and at least a 4.5 star review on any of them. I finally found a realtor who was actually 5 star, which made me excited. I met Cary Nemeroff and he searched for houses that had all the criteria I wanted. It took us more than 15 houses to find a perfect house for me. He was very patient, always looked things up when I asked him to, and a very hard worker that led me to a $600,000 house that looked amazing. Cary Nemeroff will gain a 5 star review for his hardwork and kindness he gives to others.

I wanted to share my experience so far with Cary. I am 64 and during my lifetime I have worked with a multitude of real estate agents. Cary is by far head and shoulders above any one I have ever used. If you use Cary you can expect PRECISION on follow up, advice, and research. My experience is it is not ever close. You can just relax and know everything is taken care of.
