We purchased our first home (and our second property) with Carson. I cannot recommend him enough if youre interested in buying a house or property in central Texas.He knows a lot about the market and has a ton of experience in real estate and working with him makes you feel like you have insider knowledge into the market. He is honest and fair, respectful of what we want and were looking for, and was willing to go the extra mile (often literally when the houses we wanted to look at were hours away from him). He negotiated an amazing deal that we did not think was going to happen, and walked us through every step of the process.We are a couple in our mid-20s and own a house in Travis county that we love and are so thankful for finding Carson. He never pressured us to do anything, his advice always seemed genuine like he was looking out for our interests, and he has tons of connections with anybody who might be a part of you buying a home or maintaining a home, and gave us some financial (i.e. tax) advice and advice on dealing with a potential influx of spam when applying for loans.He really has done amazing things for us, and he will be our first choice in any real estate matters from now on.

Carson was great. He understood what I wanted and what I could afford and sought to get me the best possible place that fit that. Even eating a bit of cost when a better home came onto market after an offer had already been accepted to save me the stress. He always researched the places we looked at and never tried to upsale me.
