I’ve known Carra for over a year now, and have nothing but sweet things to say. My husband and I started our home-buying search in December of 2023, and ultimately decided that we were going to renew our lease at our current apartment. However, during that time, Carra and her lender, Lindsey, worked with us to set us up for success to purchase our home (and Carra even sent us rental home properties as an option in the meantime!). Fast forward to November 2024, and we are officially homeowners (!!!). Carra was there through the whole process, leading up to our search, through it, and even after closing. She showed us various homes in our budget, and gave realistic feedback based on our situation — something invaluable for first-time homebuyers like ourselves.
