We would highly recommend Carol to be your real estate agent. She is sincere, knowledgeable, and professional. Since we were home buying from out of town, Carol was very accommodating and made sure to maximize multiple viewings in one whole day on two occasions so we were able make minimal trips. There was also a couple of occasions where Carol showed us some homes by Face Time to make sure that it was worth making the trip to view a home. She was very patient and was well organized by sending a template with a photo of each house and a map attached of all the houses we would be visiting for our day trips. It was great because we were able to become familiar with the homes and the areas beforehand. It was evident that Carol definitely enjoys doing her job which makes it very easy for the buyer to enjoy going through the home buying process. Carol also went out of her way to be there to represent us anytime we needed her to be there for us when we were not able to make it into town. She was always willing to help in any way she could whether it was to meet someone at the house for services and inspections or to provide us with any additional information we may have needed. You can rest assured that Carol is trustworthy and will be by your side throughout the whole buying process from beginning to end.

Carol was an absolute dream to work with. She was referred to us and I can see why. She made us feel welcomed immediately and gave us her undivided attention. She listened to our wants, was prompt to book showings and did excellent research on all the properties. She went above and beyond to get another agent to show us homes when she was away one weekend. She also made the hour trek out to San Diego to show us a home we were interested in. I cannot praise her enough. The entire process was smooth and she got back to us the same day with any questions. Our experience was fun and she created useful timelines and checklists of what to expect once we went under contract. If you want someone to work hard for you, Carol is your girl. We will be referring any home seekers to her and plan to use her again in our next home purchase.

She is so detailed in everything that she does and made every transaction so seamless. We are so happy in our home and we are so thankful to have such a beautiful place to make memories and grow our family.
